Hispano-Suiza management appointments

Christine Basse has been named Chief Financial Officer, replacing Michel Bernou, who
will move to a new position in Safran corporate finance.
François Sireyjol has been named Vice President, Quality, replacing Joël Remond, who
Etienne Boisseau takes over for François Sireyjol as head of the Power Transmission
These three appointments took effect on January 1, 2010.
Christine Basse, 45, graduated from the Essec business school in 1986, starting her career as a dealer in a trading room. She joined Hispano-Suiza in 1991 as head of financial services, before being named management controller in the industrial products division, then deputy head of the accounting department in 1997. Christine Basse was subsequently named head of the accounting and tax department, then administrative and financial director of Teuchos, a Safran group company, in 2005.
François Sireyjol, 54, graduated from the Ecole
Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris engineering school. He started his career in 1979 with Sedes, an economic consulting company. In 1987 he joined Snecma, a Safran group company, as head of financial and strategic planning. After holding various positions in the quality and production departments, he was named head of the turbine machining production unit. François Sireyjol joined Hispano-Suiza in 2004 as head of the Power Transmission division.
Etienne Boisseau, 48, graduated form the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Céramique Industrielle de Limoges, and earned a doctoral degree from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises business school in Montpellier. He started his career in 1988 with AVX Kyocera, a specialist in electronic components. In 1994 he joined a Thomson-CSF subsidiary in Dijon as head of a product line, before being named director of a business unit with 400 employees. Etienne Boisseau joined the Safran group in 2002 as CEO of Sofrance, a Messier-Bugatti subsidiary. He was Chairman and CEO of Sofrance from January 2006 until this latest appointment.
