Hispano-Suiza delivers 15,000th CFM56 power transmission

Hispano-Suiza today delivered to Snecma Moteurs the 15,000th power transmission unit for a CFM56 turbofan engine. Different versions of the CFM56 power all Boeing 737 NG jetliners and more than half of all Airbus A318, A319, A320 and A321 jetliners. All versions of the CFM56 are equipped with power transmissions made by Hispano-Suiza.
